Atlanta’s annual Women on the Move Summit brings together businesswomen from all corners of the metro.
It’s a space where entrepreneurs and leaders of Fortune 500 companies share triumphs and failures.
The summit was virtual these last couple of years during the Covid-19 pandemic — and during that time, Atlanta businesses have dealt with some of the highest inflation rates of any major U.S. city and rising rent prices.
Corporate event planner and founder of the non-profit, the Business Women Empowerment Project, Kim McNair is also the creator of the Women on the Move Summit. McNair joined WABE’s Morning Edition, and started by talking about what it’s been like navigating this economic uncertainty in Atlanta during, and post-Covid.
