NINETEEN-year-old Jimma Anton Neinaka aims to become the youngest successful business women in Papua New Guinea.
Neinaka, from Nakanai, West New Britain and Yangoru, East Sepik, registered her business — Zad Zeal Ripple (ZZR) on Nov 19, 2022, — and started operations on Nov 23.
ZZR is an online shopping service that focuses on giving shoppers, consumers and customers an all-in-one shopping access via the ZZR site and application (app) that is coming soon.
“I am very happy to start this entrepreneurial journey into being the youngest successful business woman in PNG,” she said.
“I know I am only 19 and inexperienced, but I do believe that I can achieve anything I set my mind to by staying committed to what I have started.”
Neinaka said despite being fairly new, ZZR employs young people at an age range of 19-25 as permanent and casual staff in it’s sales and marketing and logistics and delivery sections.
Neinaka said since operation, the team was able to sell stock valued at over K30,000 in less than three weeks and were progressing at an exceptional pace.
She said her business success was based on being committed and consistent and not backing down from challenges.
