Hempstead, NY – The Hofstra women’s basketball team will look to go 2-0 on its home court on Wednesday, November 23, when the Pride hosts Alliance from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex in a midweek contest.
Tip-off on Wednesday is set for 4 p.m.

Hofstra picked up its first win of the season on Friday, November 18, against North Carolina Central by a 69-60 score. Ally Knights and Rosi Nicholson led the Pride with 13 points against the Eagles, while Knights posted five assists, and Brandy Thomas pulled down 10 rebounds.
Alliance opened its season this past Saturday with a 68-52 defeat to Mansfield. The Warriors are led in scoring by Carly Bolivar with 20 points.
Wednesday will be the first-ever meeting on the court between Hofstra and Alliance.
