There are only days left to get your nominations in for this year’s 2022 Highland Business Women (HBW) Awards.
The deadline is midnight on Sunday and tickets are also on sale costing £70+VAT for members and £75+VAT for non-members.
Sponsored by the Springfield Group, the 2022 HBW awards will take place at the end of August to honour individuals and organisations who have stood out.
A spokeswoman said: “The annual awards recognise the achievements of women in business across the Highland region and recognise the significant contribution that women make to all types of businesses and organisations in the area – as well as their contribution to the wider economy.”
There are a number of categories which all members of HBW may apply for provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria, and some categories are also open to non-members. One category, woman of inspiration, is by nomination only.
Other categories include the new business of the year, for those which started after January 31, 2019, is sponsored by Business Gateway. It is open to both HBW members and non-members.
Most enterprising business, which started before January 31, 2019, is sponsored by Red Door Gin and is open to HBW members only.
Excellence in sustainable development, is sponsored by SSE Renewables and open to HBW members only.
Business woman of the year is for business owners and those who are self-employed, which is sponsored by Northern Innovation Hub (Highlands and Islands Enterprise), and open to HBW members only.
Businesses can still sponsor categories which do not yet have sponsorship.
The HBW Awards will take place at the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness on August 25.
